My dad bought a month's worth of canned food and toilet paper.
We have 10 cases in our country.

He looks less sick, and more like a guy who got some shit news. My guess is that he received some projections, and is having difficulty spinning it positively now that it is likely to have gained a foothold in the US and containment is likely not going to work.

I think the worst issue with regards to food supply is panic buying. There won't be an apocalypse, but the disease will hit hard if the Trump's administration policy of what is essentially a cover up continues.

It's probably not a bad idea to have 1-2 packages stored away in case things go crazy. Moreso for exactly what you experienced than anything, cuz when the hysteria hits it hits hard. I decided to get a few a week ago just so I don't have to worry about it when the hysteria sets in.

There were 15 at the store trying to buy toilet paper. One woman had at least 100 rolls in 9 or 10 containers
