The practical problem with an egalitarian secondary educational system is that teachers must constantly discipline a minority of unintelligent pupils who are struggling with intellectual challenges too sophisticated for them and react with truculent resistance and disruption. This imposes great stress upon teachers and diverts time which should be spent teaching the intelligent majority, and I know that because I've seen it happen continually in schools.
Secondary education isn't an inalienable right. It's a privilege; an advantage which is earned, and a secondary education system which doesn't select its pupils according to merit, which has been earned during the primary stage, will soon prove its own failures which I've described above,

Primary education is required because it develops essential intellectual skills - reading, writing and arithmetic.

Technically it wasn't stimulus, I'm just calling it that. It was refunds for money I spent on accommodations that I won't be able to use now because of the pandemic.

So, funny story, many many years ago I used to do taxes for a... lady of the evening.

No, there was no bartering. I accept cold hard cash.

But she dutifully filed a schedule C, provided records of income and expenses. We had the clothes discussion a couple times about what is everyday wear for this purpose. Usually the "out" for that is to have a company logo on the clothing, making it unsuitable for work not representing the business.

One of the oddest things I ever saw was watching her consider whether or not to create a logo for her business.

Policy proposal of the day: drug dealers should be stoned to death by the children from local public schools. This serves the purposes of 1) poetic justice 2) deterrence 3) community domination and 4) retribution. Drug dealers could be allowed to be hanged behind prison walls if turned in by community leaders, as a means of coopting existing structures into the war on drugs.

Or we could not traumatize and/or murder-socialize children?

i'd contest that there's no danger to vaping - if you're not getting your stuff from a state/country/whatever where it's legal it's probably filled with stuff far worse than even the most nefarious cigarillo. bonus hard points is taking a hit of something and it turns out to be a meth vape or whatever.
