Right. If you can bait enemies into dense Urban areas or heavily forested areas you can have an upper hand. Explosives and chemical weapons really aren’t that hard to make either, not that I’m advocating for that.

Technically you can own "exotic" firearms but you need to register it with the ATF and pay taxes on them. I don't see this as an issue, plus we're effectively arguing for rich people's right to own these things as they cost tens of thousands of dollars.
