- Profoundly disabled or disfigured adults.
- Dead babies can't be funny.
- People with a bad sense of time and place are usually not funny, but they do try. (That kind of thing runs in my family, so I see it a lot.)

Not 100% sure it counts, but if we're dealing with sarcasm, people who go on and on about how they're "soooooo sarcastic" usually haven't mastered the fine art of sarcasm.

Again, not sure if that goes with the topic of the thread, but it seemed worth mentioning.

I like to say that everybody's funny in some way. Humour's subjective and all that bullshit. What I find funny is definitely (if you have a shred of moral decency, that is) not what you find funny.

Though if I were to be specific, I'd say nobody's funny except for what they say or do. That's where humour is. At least in my book.
