The only thing I'm willing to have the fermented curdled cow juice on is pizza (Even that can make me sick though) and maybe Gnocchi with a crap ton of tomato sauce.

And I defended them because it really shouldn't be necessary to be an expert on some subject to start a thread. Personally I would have held off the poll until I'd seen some answers ... though to be honest, personally I wouldn't have started a thread at all.
