I adore feta cheese, but as I'm lactose intolerant, I never really get to enjoy it.

I like my munster cheese. Provolone is also good. Nice and salty. Smoked gouda is tasty as well.

I'm fine with mouldy cheeses except one I discovered at a store that had this real green fuzzy mould on it.

There was even a small notice sign next to it reassuring customers that it was intentional.
