I like my news the old fashioned way. Someone sitting at a desk reading me the news. No pundits, no analysis no ticker at the bottom of the screen.
I also read USA Today frequently.
What is your primary news source?
No one primary news source. I try to identify the most objectively factual news sources and than categorize them by inherent bias to get a reflection of the socio-political contention within that group. I used to catogorize them into Unfortunately in the last few years, it has been difficult to separate the truth-tellers from the narrative talkers in general. I do not like American Neoconservative or what is called Alt-RightO news sources (those that use Leftist means to obtain right wing ends) in particular. I try to stick with Paleoconservative (American Sense) and Objectivist sources when I can for right of centre news.
Currently for the US;
Leftist/Socialist/Statist sources:
PBS/NPR, NYT, Atlantic, Daily Kos, Snopes etc. Since most establishment sources are Progressivist/Leftist and they all seem to parrot each other, I don't have any one particular. For specific topics I use Google (whose algorithm puts Leftist information to the forefront). For a left leaning news aggregator I use Drudge and Google search itself.
For Conservative (Classical Liberal), Traditional American, or and/or Libertarian:
Fox News Talking Heads (Not the Fox News Reports itself), Brietbart, WWD, SRN, Free Republic, Foundations like Cato, Reason, Heritage, FEE, Mises.org etc; and use Good Gopher for particular topics. For a news aggregator I use Whatfinger.
For satire and lampoonery:
Onion News and Babylon Bee
For way out there hysteria of the deranged variety:
CNN or MSNBC (Lunatic Left) and Inforwars (Paranoid Right).
For International News
i try to locate/isolate the actual news source itself and determine its veracity, and use the most closest media that seems objective enough for the means. For example a border conflict between Israel and Lebanon, I would consult Isreali Media Outlets, as well as Lebanese outlets. Then cross reference it with BBC, various US State Department reports, etc.
addenda:
For Local News"
I use the daily paper of the town down the road that also reports (generally) events that happen in rural areas of the county. I also check with the lady at the flower shop. She knows everything that is going on with everybody. Just ask her.

Al Jazeera once said a majority of Arabs support ISIS, which is clearly not true and is ironically islamaphobic as fuck, yet it was peddled by a mainly Muslim news site

My sources are primarily Youtube, and the Daily Mail for anything pertaining to the UK. Maybe OANN (they might become big in the future, keep your eye on that one). And on rarer occasions, Stormfront.

Don't forget the World Net Daily tabloid and CNN!
What's wrong with Natural News, though, if you stay away from thepro-diseaseanti-vaccine crap? I don't see their work that often, but they haven't really been dishonest or stupid from the few articles and snippets I notice.
According to Natural News, "HIV does NOT cause AIDS. HIV does not cause anything. A staggering statement given the hype and acceptance by the scientific establishment and, through them, the public that the HIV virus is the only cause of AIDS. HIV is a weak virus and does not dismantle the immune system. Nor is AIDS passed on sexually."
It is worth noting that the above blog post is authored by David Icke, the man who believes that the world is controlled by a race of reptiles from outer space who reside in underground tunnels. If you thought things couldn't get much darker than AIDS denialism, you'd be wrong. Natural News reached dangerous new levels of hysteria when it published a post indirectly calling for the deaths of journalists, publishers and scientists who have worked on the topic of genetically modified organisms. In this latest post Mike Adams, the creator of Natural News, calls for the creation of a list of pro-GMO "publishers, journalists and scientists":
