Would it have been murder if Trayvon had beaten Zimmerman to death if Zimmerman had been unarmed that night?

There lies the question, if he had been unarmed, Trayvon might have been the one doing the murdering that night.

Really it's ironic that it looked like they both foolishly wanted to do the same thing that night, look like a badass by getting someone they thought was bad.

Trayvon surviving implies that he probably killed Zimmerman because it was Trayvon who assaulted him first. He was 17 and literally being hunted by a dude at night. I don't quite think you'll find very many 17-year-olds capable of rationally deciding the best course of action in such a tense situation.

The alternative is that there was a conspiracy between Zimmerman, the hospital, neighborhood, coroner and police to manufacture evidence of Zimmerman's innocence of a crime which they did not intend to charge him with.

He does not pass as white, at all lol. Being Hispanic myself I can tell you that the dude looks clearly mixed. My gripe wasn’t that he was Hispanic, because white hispanics and Latinos absolutely exist, he’s just not one of them.
