But, on the topic of OP, I could name every a bunch of dinosaur and had this massive thing for Greco-Roman history (I knew about the politics of Athens than America for awhile). This inspired me to become an archeologist/paleontologist (I wanted to do both at the same time)... That never happened and instead Arch took my job as a resident archeologist.

A friend of mine was over for dinner last night and he was joking about how he had been led to believe as a child that quicksand would be a bigger threat than it turned out to be. I recognized the joke from a John Mulaney comedy routine, but I let that pass and asked him how many times he'd actually been stuck in quicksand. He told me that he has never even seen quicksand.
As I tallied in my mind all the times I have escaped quicksand(about two dozen), I recognized this as just one more piece of evidence that I'm the reason why statisticians need standard deviations. I'm a standard deviation.

Well, some seem to be surprised that I do a lot of acting and seem to have quite a confident stage presence, and yet find it hard to take part in a normal conversation. I'm one of those people that are good at performing on a stage in front of complete strangers, but not in front of friends.

That being said, I guess it helps as on a stage you don't always notice who's watching most of the time.

I'm a virgin in my 20s but have little incentive or much in the way of interest in rectifying the alleged "problem" as one might say.

I've always been particular enamored with the Idea of a City state with a rather strong disdain for empires and federations and other unions of various diverse groups of people. At best I might tolerate the idea of a nation-state(Greece, Serbia, Albania, etc) so long as the people in question are spread over a large enough area in great numbers but otherwise consider a City State to be the ideal organization of mankind.
