Perhaps I've just been lucky, but at least in my experience anti-autistic trolls are just edgelords looking for attention; the real threat that autistic people face are the parents and organisations which want to eradicate autism via abortion or forcing bleach into their kids. or the driving agencies trying to force autistic drivers to take medical tests, long with the bureaucratic process of gaining one, even if the autistic person has years of safe driving to their record. There's also the SJW parts of the autistic community who are more concerned about pushing their niche politics rather than fighting for all autistics, and would happily doxx fellow autistics if they deemed them to be not following the party line. In the face of all that, I'd stick with trolls any day.
