Odds are it was a religiously motivated attack by an immigrant from a predominantly Muslim nation. It's just like how the odds are the Patriots will win the super bowl again. If a bearded guy wearing a faux suicide vest goes on a seemingly random mass stabbing spree in london... there is a high probability it is a human of the Islamic terrorist persuasion.

For those arguing the attacker's origin, unless I've been ninja'd in the thread I will add that the video did not make identification easy. A dark-haired male with a beard is what I saw.
