To be fair, the democrats therefore would like to see that there is no fair trial. And will probably stack as many caveats as possible that a trial without any discrepencies will be impossible.
When the prosocution's star-witness is also the defenendant's legal counsel... something smell like a mistrial under normal circumstances.
That is a mistake of the defendant for picking the council, not the fault of the prosecution for... for what, exactly? For recognising he aided in the crime the defendant is accused of?
Say, how would you make the rules so that conviction becomes more likely?
