I’m actually a supporter of Hindutva, it’s basically a Hindu version of Zionism. It’s the idea that there needs to be at least one Hindu state in the the world, in case Hindus are persecuted anywhere, there’s at least one country where they can always be safe. Similar to what Israel did with the Jews. It doesn’t involve kicking Muslims out or anything, in fact, major Hindutva parties have reached out to Muslims

Yes, them and the Philippines. These are low-skilled jobs that poor Americans should be able to dominate (on account of being better English speakers), but the powers that be have decided that paying Americans minimum wage to do this is too expensive. Better to pay Rajul 1/5th of that and make a short-term profit.

Like, sure, there was always some politics involved, but the bias is now far worse than it has been.

The Court agreeing with you is not bias. In the end, the Court must agree with someone. But when the Court grants relief from injunction as a matter of course, while it is a measure that has always (as under Obama) been used sparingly, then there is reason to call out bias.
