His fanboys will turn him into some kind of martyr no matter what. Remember how many people were saying the 2016 election was rigged even before it happened, because everybody assumed he would lose and they wanted to pre-post-rig it?

Hell I heard people even after the election say that it was rigged against Trump and he should have won by a lot more.

It was rigged. LEt me remind you that the DNC wasn't just interfering in their own nomination process to support Hillary, they they worked to get Trump the Republican nomination as well. They only lost because they miscalculated, not realizing that Trump could beat Hillary. It's hard to support the claim that the election wasn't rigged when a single candidate was handed the nomination and allowed to pick their opponent as well.
