Everytime you make an excuse not to do something. You just get deeper in. If you at least make the call and try and get help you can at least tell yourself you did that, and that is the only way to get help.

You have depression, not wanting to get the help you need unfortunately is part of depression, it doesnt want to get better. We would prefer if you did, make a few calls, you have to take the first step.

The first step is to get up and call one of them or shooting them a message to inquire about your particular needs and if they can handle them. If not, they can probably refer you to someone who does. Like Ethel said, you’ve been like this for a while now. There’s no real need to suffer like this. If you don’t speak to a professional about how you’re feeling, what troubles you, you yourself will not know what’s wrong.

Figuring out what is wrong is one of the first steps in getting better. Maybe they won´t be able to necessarily help you but they could help point you to someone who can.
