Yeah, that's the scary bit about it. It easily passes for a regular cold or flu.

Apparently Costco is absolutely insane due to the "Great TP Panic of 2020".

Yeah, at least with ebola or swine flu you know you have it

With corona it's like yeah my bf who would have it has no symptoms, but I have a sore throat/headaches, does that mean I have it? Or is my own anxiety making me have it?

The not knowing is always the worst part in a situation like this. The wait to find out if you have it. All you can really do is hope that you don't have it, and remember that it's always darkest before the dawn.

Yeah it's just very nervewracking. My bf has been in quarantine since Monday since he was at a 20,000 person strong conference where 4 people tested positive

On one hand, him neither me nor his group have had symptoms and it's been 9 days since he would have been "infected", but on the other hand you never know

Thank you so much for the support, and I have been using NSG as my crutch. I mean the only "symptoms" I have is headaches (I've been staring at screens ever since Monday since I got nothing to do) and sore throat (allergies, plus anxiety swallowing), which both have reasonable explanations.

Which is comforting and terrifying.

You're welcome. Anything to be helpful and/or nice. It seems unlikely that you have it. At this point, all we can do is remain calm and not panic.

There are advantages and disadvantages for being stuck in lockdown. Advantages being that most malls and shops are downright empty and you can go shopping for virtually anything undisturbed, disadvantage is being generally just at home for the next month.

But hey, ‘tis better than getting the virus.

So... I had another one of those NS dreams. I must say, it's been a while.

I was doing some errands and going to a local convenience store and of course, me being me, I was browsing NS on my phone, specifically the Moderation thread.

As I was scrolling around, the phone and the internet connection had... Some problems. And it's not an ordinary problem, it's literally "Something posting in my behalf and it's not the good kind". In other words, I was posting oversized "Condescending Joy (from Inside Out)" images on the [R] thread. I kept trying to delete them, but it didn't work. Other people have already made reports inside! And Farn was already poised to warn me.

I had to plea my innocence by writing that it wasn't me and I was having issues... That post was splintered to 15 posts (a few words inside each one). I was spamming the HELL out of moderation, probably enough to get a ban.

8/10 - Bought cookies from the convenience store. Those were tasty.
