Bud, take my advice or leave it, you really need to start looking up these things before giving your opinion on a matter you know very little about. The courts found him non-guilty of child molestation, meaning they were not able to prove without a reasonable doubt that he did have sexual intercourse with said boys.

That does not make him innocent in the least; it just states that there wasn't enough proof to find him guilty of the crime. However, what I am saying is what came from his own mouth, he admitted to sleeping with children that were not his own. In any case that is fucked up, I once again go to the regular Joe example.

If a Boy Scout troop leader slept with all troop, meaning no sexual intercourse but they were all in the same bed sleeping together, would you be so defensive? I think not. As I said, just because Michael Jackson was an international star doesn't mean he should be excused from the screwed up things he did.

I think It's sad that he died before he could end his carreer in beauty with the "This Is It"-concerts, but it has a positive aspect to it: it shows that he was still popular and that people aren't just merely "jumping on the bandwagon" now that he died.

I don't think that Michael Jackson was ever a pedophile as he was found innocent of all 2003 allegations in a court of law. As for the 1993 case, I don't know if there was any truth to it as it was settled out of court. However, I give Mr. Jackson the presumption of innocence. As he was never proven guilty. You are innocent until proven guilty of a crime no matter who you are.

Now, there is no question that Michael Jackson became weird/controversial later on in his life. I can see why inviting children to sleep in your home can give people the wrong impressions. As a grown man, you do not sleep in the same bed with other people's children. And sadly, Jackson's doing so made him an easy target for suspicion, lawsuits, and accusations.

I think it's better to remember Michael Jackson not for his scandalous lifestyle, but for his major contributions to music and popular culture. During the 80's Michael truly was the 'King of Pop' as his album Thriller sold more than any other.
