Not quite.
EU could, and likely won't say anything for a day or two and let this stew to see if anything squeaks out on Monday. If that looks to be a piss about, which it looks like it will be, then the EU might offer us something.
Thing is, last time this happened, we fucked about literally as soon as the EU gave us the extension with the warning not to waste time. EU will be keen to not let that happen again.

There is a big incentive for Johnson to just delay now. If he wants to ensure Brexit, he informally negotiate an extension, wait until the 30th, and then pull out the rug from underneath the Council and not formally move his extension request. At that point, there will be no time to do anything, not even a possibility, and on the 31st, the UK will leave the European Union. In complete contravention of UK law, but that does not matter. UK law does not modify European law, and once out, there will be no opportunity for the UK to get back in easily.

There hasn't been a vote on the Boris deal. He pulled it after the amendment was approved.
