Yeah I generally view that wack stuff as wrong but if consenting adults want to rape one another to death there's no point in the government getting involved, as whatever divine judgement there is will rapidly be upon them.

holy shit i didn't even know that was a thing

that's fucking amazing

naturally the UK isn't part of it and is leaving the EU anyway even if it was because it loves being awkward but that would have been pretty sweet

I am slowly coming up to my three year anniversary in Germany.

If Netherlands follows Britains example (let's hope not, but we never know what PVV/FvD do at the next election), chances are extremely high that I can escape :)

Huzzah!

Strangely enough, I do know several British who just applied for Dutch citizenship though, despite having lived there for over five years. Simply better not risk it, etc.

So the Commons rejected the Child Refugees protection again.

Wonder how many of the MPs who voted against it were fine with it when May proposed it.

Amongst Starmer voters, the most popular leader is Gordon Brown (74%)
Amongst RLB voters, the most popular leader is Jeremy Corbyn (99%)
Amongst Nandy voters, the most popular leader is John Smith (79%).

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

Not necessarily.
Depends on the definition of murder.
According to the CURRENT UK definition yes, but if people change the definition it might not be.

Now I do not agree with the way the change is being done, but that does not mean it cannot be done.

Arlene Foster was giving off about SSM and Abortion and how they have been imposed on the people of NI and how stormont needs to have its say.

Wonder if that is an attempt at a rallying cry with the "Cash for Ash" inquiry findings coming soon. If its damaging enough, it coupled with the DUP's loses in recent elections could be the final nail in the coffin for her and she could be ousted. Im honestly unsure if i want that to happen at this stage, she has been such a fucking screw up its amazing.

This is probably worked out from the yougov poll about Labour members. Also shows that Rebecca Long-Bailey is seen as the continuity-Corbyn candidate...More evidence of the obvious causal link that some people apparently struggle to work out....

One thing's for sure, no matter how damaging it is for the DUP, the UUP will completely fail to capitalise on it.
