I fail to understand how the NHS potentially paying more (no potential for less) for the same drugs is anything but bad.
Well I never said it was not bad. Just that that it has been exaggerated.
If I robbed 10 people that is bad, but if you accuse me of killing 1,000 when I robbed 10, you are still making a false accusation.
Your false accusation does not make me good, and my being bad in a different way does not make your accusation true.

I mean, I'm willing to admit that could be it. Like I said, its not rational, I just like the idea of an Oxford graduate being PM over a non-Oxford graduate, and if its a contest between the two, like this one, I'll generally lean to the former, all else being equal at least. I don't know if its aristocratic per se though, you generally can't inherit an Oxford admission.
Aristocracy is defined by the spirit more than by blood alone (though some traits are certainly inherited and can pass through the generations), and it cannot by gained merely attending a specific School or. And above all noblesse does oblige. It comes with responsibility, not with conceit or entitlement.

Idk man, I just associate being a Prime Minister with a certain degree of poise, elegance, and class. The kind of class and background that an Oxford graduate can be expected to have. A non-Oxford graduate being PM just rubs me the wrong way, for some reason. Can't really explain it, its more of a feeling.
Sounds like a yearning for aristocratic aesthetics in government with extra steps?

Isn't that the guy who, after Grenfell, literally suggested that the State should just arbitrarily seize people's homes to house the survivors?

Yes, the Tory's policy has, for the last decade, been to drive the NHS into ever more financial troubles until they can justify dismantling it somewhere down the line. We all know this already.
Sure they are not running it well, but that is different than selling it.
