New York didn't "ban" Amazon, they said "we're not going to pay you millions of dollars of taxpayer money to set up shop here"
1. The state reneged on the deal they made when folks who begged amazon to come realized the socialist left of the city was against it, and reversed their postion.
2. They weren't giving amazon a dime, people who dont understand the difference between a grant and a tax break like Cortez, kept saying that. Amazon was getting a tax break based on creating the full amount of jobs and keeping them.
