It's cool, when the whistleblower ends up dead it will be the Clintons somehow that are responsible.

I feel like the Clintons are blamed for a lot of things, even when they're not directly tied to it... talk about a grudge Republicans hold.

So, not only does Rep. Nunes want Rep. Schiff to testify in the inquiry behind close doors, which I feel is hypocritical of itself since Republicans have denounced closed door hearings; must be only good for them, they have also want Hunter Biden, Ukraine whistleblower, and others as impeachment inquiry witnesses. I don't see the Democrats approving Biden, the Ohrs, or the Whistleblower but I do see them going ahead with the likes of Morrison, Volker, and Hale. This is going to be fun.

Not a surprise at all. Donnie whines "WITCH HUNT" but it's his base that comprises the torch and pitchfork mob. It'll eventually reach a point where someone wrongly or even correctly identified gets murdered as the whistleblower. Naturally should such a tragedy happen Donnie will have to read from a script if he doesn't want to own himself with a No Sense of Decency moment.

Many Presidents and world leaders have received death threats in the past. A few Presidents and world leaders have faced assignation attempts. That is why we have law enforcement authorities do deal with any potential death threats.

These unfortunate incidents happen from time to time.

During President elect Trump win of the 2016 elections, their were reported death threats and hate comments to electoral college electors to change their votes from President elect Trump to Hillary Clinton for example.

The honor of being selected, a role typically bestowed to recognize a person's service and dedication to their political party, has come at a price, Banerian told CNN's Brianna Keilar .

"Obviously, this election cycle was pretty divisive. Unfortunately it's bled over into the weeks following the election and I have been inundated with death threats, death wishes, generally angry messages trying to get me to change my vote to Hillary Clinton or another person, and unfortunately, it's gotten a little out of control." Banerian said.

Banerian said he has been threatened with violence.

"I've had people talk about putting a bullet in the back of my mouth. I've had death wishes or people just saying 'I hope you die.' Or, 'do society a favor, throw yourself in front of a bus,'" he said.

In every other presidential election in history, Electoral College members have voted in accordance with their state's voters, meaning that, in Michigan, Banerian and his fellow electors will cast their votes for Donald Trump. But even if he could change his vote, it would still be against the law to do so in his state, Banerian said.

He suggested people look up how the process works.

"In the state of Michigan we have laws that prevent faithless electors. So, essentially what happens, if I tried to vote for somebody else, which, let me be clear, I don't want to, but if I tried to, I would be removed and replaced by another elector. It's a pointless endeavor," he said.

Banerian told Keilar he had filed a police report.

"I just had a very nice meeting with my local police department," he said.

CNN has not spoken with the police department or verified any threats against Banerian.

I really do not like how Republicans are ok with going after the whistleblower, it seems really contrary to their reason for supporting the 2nd amendment.

Given your posting style turns people off this is correct. But this has nothing to do with the people on this thread being left r right and everything to do with you being unconvincing.

The motive of the investigation is irrelevant. What matters is what is found. Your belief in the motives i also irrelevant to the evidence turned up. You need to respond to the evidence found; constantly saying bias to everything found, or claiming conspiracy does not o anything, particularly since then you would need to demonstrate the bias actually means anything, or that the conspiracy is real.As to the millions believing what you believe, this is also irrelevant to what is found in the investigation, truth is not dependent on anyone's opinion. You are indeed one of the most vocal...that is not necessarily a good thing given how you are the most vocal.

The problem is not just the canned phrases, the problem is that you use them to deflect or to sidestep the things people bring up, over and over and over again. You use them as if they are a response, when they are not.

Needing a paycheck does not make me a better man, it means I need the money. As a whistle blower, if my identity is released I can and will insist I be given protection and might sue/bring to court those who come after me.
