Christopher Steele was not a part of the "bureaucratic establishment" in any sense.

Well, at least you should be part of a bureaucracy, I’d say. Having a private investigation firm is not that.

Apparently we're supposed to jump to the Impeachment thread instead of making a new one.

Nope. The impeachment thread is/was specifically about the impeachment while this one was about everything else. Since the later dicussion had to be channalized and separated as it got all messed and heated up.

That's a pilot light. A gas light was a pre-electricity gas fed street light that was used to set the period for the play/movie the term is named after. Well, and the gaslights were used in the villains plot to make the protagonist seem insane.

The pilot light just lights your oven and doesn't make you think things that aren't true. Except that $10 for a meal you have to cook yourself is a good deal.

Did you know that there are still two gas lighters employed in the UK? They light certain gas lamps around royal residences and there needs to be 2 because of holidays and shit.

Transgender people are real. Genderqueer I've no idea about. Intersex in rare cases maybe and Asexual are apparently a thing for a subset of the population.

I think Asexual is a lack of attraction to pretty much anything in particular. Not that they can't be attracted to something or someone, but that they're not in general attracted to any particular gender or traits.

That's my extremely poor understanding of it though, so take it with a silo of salt.
