However I think he's simply breaking any lines of what's defensible. He'll almost certainly be impeached in the House and who knows what will still come out.

However the greatest threat to Trump is himself, he seems unable to not compound his guilt. I mean.. just days after the Mueller testimony about using foreign aid for personal gain he goes and does it again immediately.

Eh maybe, but he just has to point and go "See, I wasn't lying. They claimed I was lying and crazy for saying there was a conspiracy against me and now they are freely admitting it. Now why should you trust them?" And you know, it's problematic for any Democrat to support this since it's, uh, not a good thing for networks of apparatchiks conspiring together to subvert government policy - it's not like these same people would be all that friendly to more radical Democrat platforms and policies either.

Unfortunately America has cultivated a system where the buyer of drugs bends over backwards to every whim of the provider, who's basically been allowed to occupy monopolies over the market. Like insulin for example.

My dad, ironically, has followed a completely different trajectory. Even when I was four or five years old, he'd invite me to sit on the couch and watch Fox News with him and point out who the "pinheads" were and who the "patriots" were. He loved Bill O'Reilly and Jesse Watters.

After the 2016 election, where he enthusiastically rooted for Trump, his life changed to the point where he went left. Once he lost a decent job and dealt with some hardship, he began to shift after three decades of being a die-hard Republican, I mean die-hard Republican.

Now that he's figured his shit out and has come out of the other side of job insecurity and financial insecurity, he changed his registration from Republican to Democrat. He intends to vote for Bernie Sanders in the upcoming primaries. Never would've expected this. He shoots me phone calls every so often to discuss this seismic shift in his beliefs, asking about various left candidates. It's surreal.
