This sums it up. Last time it was a story of a guy getting shot while kneeling. Racists came out and said "the white guy will get off because the victims black." A few months later and the murderer is sentanced to 20 years. Admittedly a light sentence but deffinitely not a racially motivated judgement. That cop who shot that guy in the back? Life in prison. Cop who entered a neighbor's apartment and murdered them? 10 years. Therapist who was shot with his hands up? Officer facing two counts of attempted murder and gross negligence.

The guilty will receive a punishment. But if it turns out the woman was threatening someone else life we have a different story.

I live in small-town Missoula, Montana. The police in the county number about 50. Very personable individuals, very discipline and skilled. There has never once been a murder incident by our cops in the past...20, 30 years. And I can say the same for each of the Montana counties, too.
