I may be misreading this stuff here, but isn't it generally that people who murder white people get the death sentence more often than others?
The numbers seem to suggest at least that the victims matter more than the perps, since in both cases white people seem to be the ones with the highest count. Seems to me like the death penalty is most likely for White-On-White-Homicide. Then again, I could just be misunderstanding the numbers.

• No knowledge of race or ANYTHING about occupant, unaware if occupant was even home
• Demand to show hands
• PERSON DOES NOT SHOW HANDS

• Cops open fire
• Person is hit
• Turns out they shot the homeowner
• Instant deployment of race card solely because she is black
• If she was white no one would care because whites have the privilege of being expendable
• The anti-police bigots come out demanding the cop's head without full evidence over a tragic accident and case of manslaughter
• City slicking prosecutor looking to score leftist points and be a hero charges cop with murder when this is a case of manslaughter
• Acquittal of murder because it was actually manslaughter
• Riots and arson because that's the proper way to deal with real or perceived racial injustice

This is textbook manslaughter. Your actions have directly led to the death of another person.

The proper procedure here is a criminal persuance of manslaughter and a civil lawsuit of wrongful death. The family should sue the police department for worngful death and pocket whatever millions there are. There is also a case here, as I said, for manslaughter.

Hispanic isn't a race, it's a cultural background meaning that someone is from a Spanish based background. (Those in Equatorial Guinea in Africa are Hispanic, The Philippines were when they had Spanish as an official language, and Spain is Hispanic, obviously) Most Hispanic people are either White or Native American or Both.

The only area in the Spanish speaking world that considers Hispanic a race is Mexico.

I was directing that more at OP (bReatHInG wHiLe BLacK) and the legions backing Black Lives Matter's regular lootings and riots (and explicit death threats against police) every time a person of their preferred skin color is shot, who continue to push what I interpret to be a narrative that black lives matter while white lives have the privilege of being expendable. (Remember that more whites are shot by cops than blacks.)
