I've noticed this before. Neko-koku has this really weird habit of conjuring up name-based neologisms ex nihilo for no apparent reason; either wrongly assuming that everyone knows what it means, or really awkwardly trying to force the neologism into common parlance for reasons unknown.

We're not all that bad. This kind of violence is caused by other factors that need to be addressed. This attack happened in the east, which has more Nazis than the west because of economic problems and that the problem of fascism and racism weren't really solved after the Holocaust. And then to add to that, there are people trying to make these extreme views seem legitimate around the world.

So basically, Germans aren't inherently like this.
