I mean, I actually don't know much about your RL politics, but from what little I've gathered the following seems likely:

Egalitarian, Spiritualist, Xenophile; Democratic Authority; Efficient Bureaucracy, Meritocracy.

But I could very well be wrong, since I conjured it straight from my posterior. What do you think?

I might switch out either Xenophile or Egalitarian for Militarist. For instance, I consider hierarchies to be a natural thing in any large society that is both unavoidable and tbh for the better. That said I'm not a big fan on major gaps between the levels and believe that all levels of society should be working together. When it comes to any hypothetical sapient species in the galaxy I can't really say I'd be all for embracing them, especially the very advanced ones, but I'm not the "EXTERMINATUS" type and I could see accept an alien (or an entire alien species) being part of the larger country or at least honored residents of it.

Enlightened monarchy is more my thing also.
