As of right now? Either urban or suburban, depending on how you're willing to categorize the city where my school is located. The city is not particularly far from the grim darkness that's the lawless rusting wastes of Northeastern Pennsylvania, but this region of the state is significantly nicer than NEPA.

This is Roosevelt's plan for Germany after WW2 isn't it? There are a few things wrong with it, the most important among them being the fact the German states created (apart from Prussia, and even then barely. That is Brandenburg, not Prussia) make absolutely no sense. (Manchuria being independent was a nice touch, I admit)
