Religion - apathetic agnostic. Believe whatever makes you happy and brings you peace, just don't shove it down my throat.

Politics - somewhere between classical liberalism and right libertarianism. I believe civil liberties are an inherent right. I believe the government has the responsibility to tax their citizens to maintain public spaces, utilities, and infrastructure. Governments are also responsible for their people's safety and are well in their rights to maintain police, fire, military, and medical services. I am in favor of basic universal healthcare with the option to buy into private insurance for better care. Governments should have as minimal a presence in business as possible aside from preventing monopolies, ensuring federal and environmental policies are adhered to, and the like.

Economics - Free market capitalist. Huge fan of behavioral economics, especially on the micro scale. Realizes and accepts that while laissez-faire would work in a perfect world, we live in an incredibly imperfect one and that New Keynesian theories are best for the current macroeconomic environment.

Concerning Religion:

I'm a convinced atheist, so, irreligious I guess. I have a view where secular and humanist law dominates the law/political system, but I am not the sort of a atheist to begin promoting anti-theist policies or anything that infringes upon the rights of others to freely worship a religion of their choice, be it in the privacy of their home or as part of a religious community (church going, etc.)

3 Major Points:

#1.: Economically, I believe that, indeed, the freer the market the freer the people. However, although I support a free market, I also support the notion of government regulation in order to stop aggressive monopolization or unfair, unjust economic situations from occurring. I believe that without regulation, a free market system would be a lawless mess that would breed poverty and economic inequality, which in the end equals in misery for the many and decadent luxury for the few. This is why I also endorse the idea of a generous social welfare state, because some people still suffer despite a regulated free market and society as a whole is better off when these people are helped instead of left alone to rot in ever growing misery and poverty.

#2.: Politically, I am in a way a "internationalist", as I support the establishment of a unified, global government that includes the entirety of the world as part of a Federal Republic of Humankind. I should have put this in #1, but this notion goes hand-in-hand with my economic convincing, since I believe that protectionism and trade wars are part of a unfair and unjust system that just breeds poverty and hate between groups of people. I do not value nationalism or even mild "patriotism", but I do recognize that people have the right to celebrate their own culture without repercussion.

#3.: Socially, I am very progressive concerning rights: I support gun ownership, LGBT+ rights, liberalization of repressive drug laws and co. I think people should be left alone and given the choice to do whatever they want as long as it is not disruptive of other people's lives or life quality. I find freedom of speech and expression very important, but I also don't like the idea of this being used to spread hate with hate speech or the reckless promotion of violence of one group against another via propaganda, so I also endorse a set network of regulation that's there to stop political extremists from developing cancerous acts of violence or hate.

Religion: Christianity, specifically Roman Catholicism

Politics-wise, here are some beliefs I hold:
-Pro-life
-Monarchism (particularly semi-constitutional monarchy like imperial Germany)
-Anti-Zionism
-Anti-capitalism
-Distributism (but I can favour socialism as well)
-Pro-Commonwealth
-Pro-CANZUK
-In favour of universal healthcare
-In favour of nuclear and hydroelectric energy
Ieskarios is a Hellenistic-inspired nation, with a strong sense of Christianity. About me is below. Flag made by Eiran
I'm 26 years old from Canada, a Roman Catholic, a monarchist (and British royalist) and history buff.
-Pro: Monarchism, Christianity, socialism, British Commonwealth
-Anti: Republicanism, capitalism, Zionism, anarchism, communism

I do not use NS stats, check my factbooks and dispatches!

Religion: convinced atheist. Science has disproven the concept of creation simply by posing and managing to uphold the theory of evolution. And the whole creation nonsense is one of the major claims made by (abrahamic) religion. And there are plenty of issues with many of the other claims too, such as the idea of a global flood (didn't happen) or the idea that two people who only had boys for children are supposedly everyone's ancestors (which isn't the case, obviously).

I believe in science. Science embetters itself every day, we learn more every day, and whenever science gets something wrong, it can and usually will be corrected. You can't say this of religion and its "holy" texts.

Of course, there's the gleeful support for slavery, with hundreds of rules in bible and quran as to how to treat slaves, how to obtain them, how much to sell them for and so on. Then there's the frequent murder of unbelievers, often committed in large scale. Some of the central figures in the abrahamic books advocate and commit gruesome violence, such as the character Moses who ordered his soldiers to kill all the members of the Medianite tribe (except the young nubile virgin girls) and the character Muhammad wasn't exactly shy of using the sword either.

Centuries of colonial conquest, oppression, slavery, misogyny, anti-gay stuff, supremacism and so on has all been justified by the perpetrators by pointing at their favorite (usually abrahamic) religious book.
Plus, the more recent track record isn't exactly great either. Conversion therapy still being peddled by Mike Pence's friends, American evangelical organizations pushing anti-gay laws in African countries and so on plus my biggest issue of all, the idea that any fertilized egg is a human being (most are flushed out during the 'time of the month' thing but apparently conservatives do not know this). Conservatives will do anything for the unborn, but once you are born you are on your own (no post natal care, no food stamps, nothing... if conservatives have their way), and conservatives don't want to know you until you reach military age (paraphrased after George Carlin).

All those are reasons for me to categorically reject the concept of religion, especially the abrahamic variants thereof. There is basically zero evidence for a creator, and a whole lot (ever more every day) for evolution. This is such a lopsided "contest" that it isn't even controversial anymore, as far as I am concerned.

Politics: socially very liberal, fiscally somewhat less so. Not an actual member of a political party, though (in 21st century) more likely to align with US democrats than republicans. Much of progress throughout the ages was because liberals, progressives or radicals pushed for it (such as the anti-slavery radical republicans or the early labor activists who fought against the abuses and excesses of conservative business owners who opposed labor rights and opposed abolishing child labor). If conservatives had been in charge all the time, we'd still have the horse drawn cart and women would have no rights but to obey their husbands and/or fathers. plus religion would be compulsory.

I support universal healthcare (which is actually cheaper per capita than the current US system) and to break the monopolies held by Big Pharma. Much of medicine and therapy was actually discovered by government funded scientists. Corporations have no interest in curing or preventing diseases (after all, where's the money in that) and instead want you popping pills for life (big $$$ for them and their GOP puppets). This is why I believe the "free market" shouldn't be allowed to run healthcare because the free market has a perverse incentive to not solve the problems, to not cure diseases.

Conservatism has been on the wrong side so many times it's unbelievable. Conservatives supported absolute monarchy for a long time, hereditary privilege, colonization, slavery (the confederates in the US Civil War were mostly conservatives) and helped enable the church oppress others. Also, conservatives opposed abolishing child labor, opposed women's rights, opposed labor rights, opposed and continue to oppose environmental protection. Conservatives who claim that government is the problem consistently fail to see that corporate dominance isn't any better. All of these are reasons for me not to consider conservatism as a serious ideology I would follow.

And, when it comes to US conservatives in the modern age, they've basically rejected any science, logic, reason or facts that doesn't conform with right wing gospel and shout down anyone pointing out the facts or with a different view or opinion as "FAKE NEWS". Plus, trickle-down economics, which conservatives love and the economists in the Trump White House still peddle has literally never worked anywhere it has ever been tried.

Inverted Flag Law: US Code Title 4 Section 8 Paragraph (a): The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
The United States of America has been in a state of dire distress since November 8, 2016. Flying the flag upside down is not only our right, it is our duty!
Make Maine Massachusetts again!
Either you are with the United States of America, or you are with Donald Trump

Religion:
I am an atheist. I believe that the universe was formed by the Big Bang (Big Bang Theory), life evolved by natural selection (Theory of Evolution), we are all collections of atoms/molecules (Atomic Theory), and the level of entropy in the universe generally increases as time increases (Second Law of Thermodynamics). However, I acknowledge that religious (specifically Judeo-Christian) values - in spite of their flaws - have benefited society in several ways, and throwing them all away and forcing atheism to everyone is bad (which is why I oppose the atheocracy).

Politics:
Everyone has an inherent right to life, liberty, and property. The government's duty is to protect those rights. - Constitutionalism/Classical liberalism
"A person's a person, no matter how small." (And no, it doesn't matter that the person who said this wasn't pro-life.) - Pro-life
To chase progress at all costs is dangerous. It is better to consider the merits and drawbacks of such alterations. - Conservatism
The United States of America is the last beacon of hope in this world. We must spread our values around the world. - Patriotism (or Western imperialism)
If left unchecked, the government is the biggest, most powerful monopoly. Since the government can "legally" spy on civilians, seize their property, and incarcerate dissidents, socialism (or "state capitalism") is worse than corporatism. - Capitalism
Not all NS stats/policies may be used. NOTICE: Factbooks and Dispatches are mostly outdated. See here for more info.
Accidental policies: Marriage Equality. I blame nsindex.net for not mentioning that part in no. 438 even though common sense dictates that I should have figured it out myself
A 15.428571428571... civilization, according to this index.
On this index, my army is a 6-6-8.
OOC: I am a conservative and a free-market capitalist. Trump is great, even though he is a moderate. There are only two genders. I like natural rights, but strong authority and cultural moralism are needed to protect them. Nation mostly represents my views.
