Here is my ONLY compromise on the Second Amendment: I am willing to limit the rights to keep and bear arms to only those arms that can be carried and used by one person and be precisely targeted to one person.

I would definitely encourage people to become gun owners then if they weren't already. The people are likely to declare gun ownership are generally the "good sort" that police would likely give deference to.
