Media and then some have been going on a rant about a loophole in regards to homebuilt firearms along with down right lying in the reporting. The latest is the kid bought a kit gun online because it doesn't require a background check or at a gun show, blah, blah, blah same ol anti gun SOP, in omitting the fact that this isn't true and do not say if it was an 80%, which imo is leaning to authorities in cali and the media are making shit up to do what they always do, push an anti gun narrative, and "something must be done".
