I fully agree with you. However, I am an Enviro-Conservative, meaning I still believe in a government. America is one of the best governments we have, the issue isn't the government, it's the people changing and corrupting the government, and taking our rights away! Such as the GOP, AOC, Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and many more who want to restrict our rights to guns even though evidence proves that firearms stop more crimes than they start, and that pistols are the main cause of crime, not rifles. We need new amendments preventing corruption, and we need an additional amendment that prevents those amendments from being removed perminantly.

Besides, a lot of times accounts are not straight-up permabanned on social media, they get a warning or a temporary ban. Furthermore, when the majority of the nation's people are using a handful of tech giants' property, how is it fair that they deliberately shift the narrative in favor of a particular bias in order to affect the people OUTSIDE of their property and domain to ultimately destabilize our cultural climate with hyperpolarization, going so far as to suppress the most powerful individual in the world (at the time)? Instead of focusing on facts, social media and news media on both sides of the spectrum focus on political bias and narrative. This is not acceptable. It isn't subjective, it is factual.

Fairness is barely relevant when somebody is using your property at your sufferance. Free speech applies to nonnatural entities, so they have as much right to push a narrative as you.

Incidentally, this isn't much different than somebody telling you that you can't be on their property with your firearm. Your rights against the government are entirely useless on somebody else's property against the owner. Gotta love property rights.

It is different when it is a public service. Imagine none of the sewage companies providing service to drain your sewage tank. Sooner or later it will be a public health hazard. (the private property in this case is the sewage truck and Treatment plant.)
Legally it's probably not a difference.

Social media is not a public utility.

The pipes themselves are state owned for such utilities. The company provides the service, not the property. They can generally refuse to do business with you, provided their contract with the government allows it. This is a bad argument, it fails to address the underlying property rights or make an accurate analogy.

Not in all cases. And yes, the company is allowing for you to dump your sewage in their truck, plant, etc. to use their private property.
It's really up to the municipal government to decide of they want to serve you or not and you're still going to pay for contructing the public lines anyway.
