So... Apparently shitbrick Pa. AG shipiro was able to pressure the state's largest gun show promoter, "Eagle Arms Productions" to not sell 80% kits and the ban on the kits was facilitated by a so called Pa. gun rights org called "Firearm Owners Against Crime". Well seems "Eagle Arms Productions" has decided to say fuck it, and basically said if vendors want to sell 80% kits, go right ahead.

Some pro gun outfit foac is, must be filled with fudds.

Sorry Josh, Eagle Arms Productions Will Allow Sales of ‘Ghost Gun’ Build Kits After All

A Colorado state judge struck down Boulder, Co ban on MSR and standard capacity magazines as it violated state preemption law. Judge Hartman's ruling declares the ordinance invalid and immediately bars the city from enforcing the ban.
Colorado Judge Strikes Down Boulder’s AR-15 Ban

Then we have this gem from the losing side:
Shannon Aulabaugh, Boulder's communications manager, told the Free Beacon the city is currently considering whether or not to appeal the decision.

"City staff will be meeting with outside counsel later in the week to discuss next steps," she said. "The police department will not be enforcing the ban while the law is enjoined."

What steps? Your bullshit law violates state preemption law, state law retains supremacy over local ordinances, you daft cunt.

For a town that brags about being tolerant of all view points, inclusion and diversity only to turn around and show its true bigotry when it comes to those who are firearm owners or supporters of the 2nd Amendment. What a fucking shithole, tbh.

As the numbers come in, it's become quite clear that the recent record number of new firearm owners spent their scamdemic money on firearms/ammo/accessories in addition to those who already own firearms and wanted a second or third firearm or ammo or accessories. And the next round of scamdemic money looks like its going to be a repeat of last year.
Americans Are Spending Their Stimulus Checks On Guns
Firearm companies like S&W, their sales are up 120% vs last year.
Smith & Wesson Brands Crushes Q2 Estimates; New Dividend Declared
It's a fine time to be in the firearms business, going by Smith & Wesson Brands' (NASDAQ:SWBI) latest quarterly results. The company's second quarter of fiscal 2021 set a new quarterly top-line record, and both revenue and profitability came in well above analyst expectations.

The results were published after market hours. For the quarter, Smith & Wesson's net sales came in at $248.7 million. This figure was nearly 120% higher on a year-over-year basis. Non-GAAP (adjusted) net income was $52.8 million ($0.93 per share), up from the $472,000 the company earned in its fiscal Q2 2020.

So as you see, why the mad push by shitbricks in congress to unconstitutionally restrict your 2nd Amendment.

MMk, if you say so. I disagree vehemently, but what-evs.

ND Sen. Cramer: Banks That Discriminate Against Gun Makers Should Lose FDIC Insurance
What [the Fair Access to Banking Act] would do is it would prohibit banks from creating categorical exclusions, industries, entire industries; the firearms industry, fossil fuel, carbon industries, private prisons. Industries that the banks — many banks, large banks — have categorically stated they’re not going to support in the future.

And these are legal commerce. These are profitable companies. I’m just saying that you can’t discriminate that way if you’re an FDIC bank. And if you do, you should probably lose your insurance.

This is something I could support.

The ATF Accountability Act of 2021, an Actual Bipartisan Bill, Needs Your Support
Bradenton, Fla. (March 17, 2021) – SB Tactical stands behind the Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition, Inc., (FRAC) and lawmakers Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) and Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) in their joint, bipartisan effort to pass legislation aimed at improving the transparency of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives (ATF).

FRAC has worked with Rep. Crenshaw and Rep. Cuellar to introduce the ATF
Accountability Act of 2021, which is much needed legislation that creates a transparent
appeals and review process against arbitrary and capricious rulings and determinations
by ATF—particularly, the Firearms and Ammunition Technology Division (FATD).

As a FRAC member, SB Tactical wholeheartedly supports the ATF Accountability Act of
2021 as it promotes sound regulatory procedures for an industry struggling to keep
pace with an agency that has been issuing private legal interpretations in an ad hoc and
inconsistent manner for years. The proposed procedures will help alleviate regulatory
uncertainty and allow licensees to ensure compliance with federal law through a more
fair and transparent process within the ATF.

In 2020, FRAC was successful in alerting and mobilizing the industry to pressure the
ATF to remove harmful and reckless guidance on the classification of pistol braces that
would have cost the firearms industry over $1 billion dollars in lost revenue and
thousands of American manufacturing jobs. SB Tactical is sincerely appreciative of Rep.
Crenshaw’s and Rep, Cuellar’s resolve in introducing this legislation, as it will give small
businesses an opportunity to immediately address ATF rulings that are contrary to law
or arbitrarily inconsistent with prior rulings, without having to spend hundreds of
thousands of dollars in federal lawsuits.

SB Tactical encourages everyone to take action and contact their congressional
representatives and encourage them to support the ATF Accountability Act. It’s as
simple as clicking HTTP://ATFACCOUNTABILITYACT.COM/ and filling out the form.

Well, with the current talks about abolishing the police in Minneapolis, the rise of violent crime and with the rise of extremist and racist acts of violence, I’m decided to stop pussy footing around and actually apply for a permit to carry.

Gary Farmer, D - Fort Lauderdale has proposed an assault weapons ban and a high capacity magazine (>10 rounds) ban for the current legislative session.

In the gunshine state? Are you serious?
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

Jackboot thug stasi cunts harassing people over 80% kits. Read: NON Firearms.
ATF Agents Showing Up At Homes of Unfinished 80% Gun Frame Dealers, Don’t Let Them In
BALTIMORE, MD –-(Ammoland.com)-The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) Agents from the Baltimore Field Office have been visiting the homes of buyers of large quantities of Polymer80 frames and kits.

Five special agents and Detective EE Schwartz of the Anne Arundel County Police Department showed up at the door of one of the co-owners of 2A Builds. 2A Builds is a company that sells unfinished 80% kits at gun shows in the mid-Atlantic region of the country. They recently purchased 65 frames from U.S. Patriot Armory.

The agents wanted to search the owner’s house, and the owner agreed because he had nothing illegal. The agents didn’t find anything against the law in the home but did want to take the owner’s legally owned firearms. The owner refused then the agents said they were just going to take a finished P80, a single kit, and two MCK stabilizers. The company’s owner once again refused the request and asked the law enforcement officials to leave his home.

The ATF agents said they would wait there until they could secure a search warrant if the owner refused to turn over the items. The owner started to call an attorney, at which point the officials said they decided not to seek a warrant that day but would in the future and then left. The only contact they left him was Detective EE Schwartz’s business card (badge: 1665) of the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Before they left, the agents took pictures of all the firearms and serial numbers to run checks.....

MMk, if you say so. I disagree vehemently, but what-evs.

In both cases you said "scamdemic money" and saying it two times makes it clearly about the money (and the scam being the people getting money from government whether they need it or not).

NVI has taken one word, out of the context of a word forming a phrase with it. But your only defense is that you meant something else, and since you can't prove that it's a waste of time appealing.

Sometimes I think the hidden purpose of NSG is to make ordinary people talk like lawyers. :D

The process in which govts approached this calamity has the appearance of being scam like, just like 100% of the process/enacting/enforcing gun control laws at the local, state and federal level are nothing more than a scam on the American people, slight of hand per se. But what-evs, is what it is now and that's a shame.

In the gunshine state? Are you serious?

What I want to know, hypothetically from a gun control perspective, is in the context of lowering gun crime, how exactly is an AWB supposed to work?
Mass shootings that have gotten high kill counts is something that has been done numerous times before with firearms that wouldn’t be counted as “assault weapons”. More people are murdered m with common household objects than so called “assault weapons”. The entire dejection of what is and isn’t an “assault weapon is based purely on cosmetic features. So how does one justify to themselves that an AWB is a good idea?

It doesn't need to work, it just needs to convince white suburban housewives who have been spoon-fed propaganda that little Tyler and Dakota are going to be gunned down by the classmate they've been allowed to get away with bullying for so long with a scary black rifle to vote Democrat.
