Well going by the article, it is saying that 10million(circa) own 50% of the total firearms in the US.
Still an impossible task, let alone it's bullshit as the total number owned by any one person is going to be an unknown let alone the total number of firearms in private hands.

Well, we THINK there's about 450 million civilian guns, +/-.

So that would mean the average member of that 3% owns 22.5 guns.

... I don't think I know a single person who owns 22 guns. I know a few who own 4 or 5.

I think the average person I know owns a mid-teens number of guns? Something in that neighborhood.

Huh. A quick search shows Yosemite Sam is also gunless. Weird that the execs at WB would grandfather in all the TNT and ACME, but not Fudd's shotgun.

And before the article was pulled by a local news org, people in the surrounding neighborhoods by downtown Kenosha, started armed watch groups, even with blocking off one side of the street going in and out of the neighborhoods.

The thing is in some cases there is room for reasonable disagreement on the subject. But to have such a disagreement the person you disagree has to actually no something about that topic. The fact that many people advocating gun grabs like this idiot do not know the difference between and intermediate cartridges and high powered cartridges means they can be disregarded because many know nothing about guns.

Indeed, but if gun grabbers cared about the BoR, they would not be gun grabbers. :p (Note to mods I am not saying everyone advocating any gun control is necessarily in the group, but denying the right to bear arms to the poor but giving it to the rich only is a rejection of a critical point in the bill of rights).

I mean obviously that is the intent of the character, the implication. The implications and intent of threatening to dismember someone with a massively oversized scythe is not better than doing it with a shotgun.

Sure Bugs never gets actually permanently hurt by the scythe, but he never got permanently hurt with the shotgun either.

It is Elmer threatening to dismember Bugs. Sure he always fails, but his murderous intent and inevitable failure is the same regardless of the weapon he is brandishing.
