In an ideal world there be relatively few gun incidents from domestic sources,
Then people could have whatever guns the want (with in limit).

Unfortunately, not everyone sees it that way. Be a lot damn better if it did.

To be fair, making a candidate a shoe-in based on gender regardless of past misdeeds is how you end up with Trump vs Hillary shenanigans.
-Making it about race, gender, or trying to force a political position to follow some sort of quasi-royal bloodline in a democratic system is usually a sign that something is dreadfully rotten in the system.

Current performance aside, back in 2016 only one of those two had a track record of covering up sex-scandals and making decisions that ultimately got people killed, while trying to damage control with the quote "What difference does it make?". The other was Donald Trump.

Looking back though, picturing Hillary handling any of the situations differently and how that would've affected later events is hard to fathom, but for the most part it would've been at best more of he same, but with Hillary-characteristics. As it is highly unlikely Hillary could have cured COVID-19 via pure charisma alone any better. Green New Deal would've ran into much the same funding-problem's as Trump's Wall initiative, and any democrat-appointed SCJ in place of Kavanaugh would've likely faced similar resistance, albeit perhaps not stooping to the same tactics.

When i see Canada's prime minister just outright ban 1,500 firearms(in an already strict gun control nation) by using emergency powers it reminds me why America and it's constitution are amazing and just how shit other nations are.

I do not refer to Canadians as citizens, subjects is a more appropriate term.
