I actually kinda like Yang. I don't think he has a prayer, but I like him.
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

There is a concern that there isn't a Democrat that can light that spark though I think once the field does narrow significantly, and by that, big names drop, then you'll see the party come to a more consensus. Now, would they have the spark that Obama or Bill Clinton had? Of course not, but I think what will drive people out is their utter hatred for Trump; the other side will be doing so against a Democrat. The question remains, can the eventual nominee be inspiring enough to win in the Rust Belt? And I think Warren just has enough. Just.

what's your opinion about Minnesota?

It'll go blue but it's a State Democrats shouldn't ignore regardless, just like Clinton did the last time in Wisconsin.

Yang is that futuristic "ahead of his time" candidate, who we'll all be wondering why we didn't elect him in 2040.

Anything is possible, but he'll have to work harder this time.

Oh, yea. It's kinda sad, but the resurgence of rural America has been seen, and even if they don't choose well, they'll choose the next president. And anyway, they'll probably bring in influence again, let's be honest.

If they give him a second term, I will roll my eyes. The guy is a buffon, and any rational person can see that.

Many of the people voting for him though are convinced by Fox News and their mediums of information uptake that Trump is not a corrupt idiot, he is an embattled purveyor of Truth.

Roughly 40%.

Yes President Donnie Trump will be reelected in 2020

Donald Trump deserves a second term to Keep Making America Great Again.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the American voter, this is an insult to the millions of American citizens who support Donnie, like Hillary calling Donnie supporters and myself Deplorables and a basket of Deplorables and the Deplorables won, and the 2 African Americans calling Black African American supporters of Donnie mentally ill, which they have a right to say and post.

It's possible, polls are volatile this early on, and we can't write off MI, WI, PA, and even MN as given victories for the Dems. We're going to have to bust our asses campaigning in the states we lost, and it's crucial we nominate a candidate whose message is about economic equity and justice for all Americans, as opposed to a candidate more focused on trying to rebut Trump's rhetoric.

A good 35-40% of registered voters have probably already locked in their vote for Trump, they won't be convinced to vote for Jesus Christ himself if he had a (D) next to his name. It's our job to convince the swing voters in the Upper Midwest and Plains who voted Obama in 2012 and Trump in 2016 that we're again the party with a convincing and coherent economic, social and environmental vision.

I agree with Major Tom good post for your side, just like Democrats would not be convinced to vote for Jesus Christ himself if he had an (R) next to his name.

Trump will campaign hard on the economy, against high taxes, and on no education, welfare and health care benefits for illegals, no sanctuary cities, counties and states for illegals, no drivers licenses for illegals and no easy asylum laws for illegals, no open borders illegal immigration which the democrats would call open borders legal immigration, which most independent voters will support.

But I agree with Major Tom good post for your side.

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4 ... -10-points

New polling shows Democrats leading the congressional ballot by ten. Two points higher then the margin in 2018. If that holds next year it’s very unlikely Trump gets a second term

I never said he deserves one. He is a stupid man. Also, despite the stereotype most Americans are not stupid. Trump lost the popular vote after all.

Yah, leave the "deserve the political position" bullshit to the monarchists and other authoritarians.
Most of the time I have no idea what the hell I'm doing or talking about.

”Many forms of government have been tried and will be tried in this world of sin and woe.
No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is
the worst form of government, except for all the others that have been tried from time to time." -
Winston Churchill, 1947.

"Rifles, muskets, long-bows and hand-grenades are inherently democratic weapons. A complex weapon makes the strong stronger, while a simple weapon – so long as there is no answer to it – gives claws to the weak.” - George Orwell

Trump lost the popular vote because of leftist California the most populated state in the US, but Trump won the majority of the votes of most of the other states, leftist California put Hillary over the top in the popular votes, I did the easy to do math.

That’s a ridiculous argument. That’s like saying if the Puget Sound region was subtracted from statewide votes in Washington a republican would have won. What’s your point?

I'll have to slightly disagree: they won't go beyond the two party system, a system they hate. Not to mention, the nominees were Clinton and Trump; terrible choices.

You are correct San Lumen, That’s like saying if the Puget Sound region was subtracted from statewide votes in Washington a republican would have won.

But as I said add heavily populated leftist California and Hillary won the majority of the popular vote, I did not say their votes do not count, I said heavily populated leftist California put Hillary Clinton over the top in the popular vote, I gave Hillary her credit.

And it’s not fair that a vote in California counts less than a vote in Arkansas. Your argument is dumb. You can alter the math for any election to say if only this that person would have one
