SF declares NRA a terrorist organization

San Francisco law makers have recently declared the NRA a terrorist organization, how far do you think the radical left will go to disarm Americans? What should be done about these fascistic policies that the new left is forcing upon us? Walmart is asking people not to follow their state law in states with open, or concealed carry, demanding that consumers stop bringing firearms into their stores, despite their complete failing to stop a mass shooting in one of their stores, and the fact that gun free zones are often targets for mass shooters. Many among the more moderate left continue to claim that the democrats aren't trying to disarm Americans, but when will they see that is exactly what the radical leftists want, and are pushing through, step by step at a time? Will they only see the truth when confiscation begins, or is their something we can do now to open their eyes to reality?

The "Far Left" doesn't want to take away guns. As a "far-leftist" myself, I advocate for arming all working people. San Francisco isn't a leftwing city of any sort. It's an American capitalist city, just like any other American city like Columbus, NYC, or Carson, except SF has a lot more gentrification going on (you know, what literally pushes poor people out of the city).

I'm not going to argue semantics with you. Obviously I'm not talking about communists, or foreigners, or whatever it is you're referring too. (also you don't speak for all "far leftists" buddy) I'm referencing a specific brand of american leftism that has been steadily growing over the years.

People keep speaking about a far left yet I've yet to see a far left in the US honestly.

It may not be a "far left" to *foreigners* but by *US* standards their definitely is. EVERY country has a "far left" it doesn't mean that they all agree on the same things, or are a united ideology, they are just those leftists who are on the far end of the spectrum BY THAT COUNTRIES STANDARDS. That's what I mean when I speak of "the far left in the US." I don't know why this is so confusing.

Yes but in America 'far left' basically means "guys maybe people shouldn't go bankrupt from not having health insurance."

Here is a biased in the other direction source, but I think it actually better frames what the resolution that was passed does.

The NRA has to respond. In effect if not wording. New jersey is trying to do something similar.

That's about as gross of an oversimplification as considering the NRA a terrorist organization.

If it actually were it'd make Hamas look like a UN delegation.

What semantics? The actual far-left (both anarchist and Marxist) do not want to disarm the working people, but quite the opposite. This is pretty grounded stuff in most of both tendencies theory. That American "socialism" you are referring too, which I assume is stuff like the DSA, is nothing more than social democracy. An ideology that supports the maintenance of capitalism via welfare programs ... i.e. concessions to the working class.

Lol

The only terrorist organization that doesn't actually engage in any terrorism.

San Francisco is a feces-infested joke.

Actually, the Russians and Chinese already have designated several of those.

I mean, conservatives in the US go around labeling every small, broad left-wing group as terroristic, so if SF wants to label an organization that facilitates and is complicit in large-scale gun violence as a dangerous group, so be it.

It's more intellectually honest then saying some asinine, truly moronic shit like "SPLC are terrorists" or my personal favorite "ANTIFA = Fascists!"

tbh surprised something like this didn't happen sooner, as in right after it was made known the NRA was a Russian mouthpiece.

Not to mention the fearmongering, the NRA literally stops short of advocating genocide in a weird self-defense jerkoff fantasy, always bringing up "they" whoever the hell "they" is supposed to mean.

Not shocking. I saw some polling the other day that a third of Dem leaning voters support criminalizing membership in the NRA.

Here we goooo! *rubs hands* semantics arguments, gotta love em! Refer to my previous post for what I meant by "far left" I wasn't speaking of your personal brand of communism m8. Anyway, was Stalin not far left by your standards? Only people who are far left to you are Marxists and Anarchists, because those are the ones who follow a somewhat similar viewpoint as you? Is Stalinism not far left? Lol, I suppose not. What do you call them then, when referring to their position on the political spectrum? Finally *PLEASE* read 2nd to last post, as that should clear things up for you.
