Many of the posters are not strangers to me. I know quite a few of their genders.

As someone who has yet to have a romantic partnership and has (mild) Aspergers' Syndrome with many of the social weaknesses that that might entail, these may be wildly unrealistic. Nonetheless, as of now, I seek the following in a partner:
  • The mental energy to participate in long, fulfilling, exploratory conversations, the intelligence, curiosity and commitment to truth to do so meaningfully and the assertiveness and sufficient difference from myself to force me to question and improve my own ideas and points of view;
  • The interpersonal skill to compensate for my own weakness in that area;
  • Compassion and open-mindedness (without which I suspect I would be unbearable, as I am fairly saccharine, bordering on naïve, in that regard);
  • The determination to pursue their own goals and ideals;
  • Loyalty (which I will endeavour to reciprocate, obviously);
  • A love of the world;
  • And, yes, some level of physical attractiveness (though I suspect that that will develop to some degree on my part regardless as I become attracted to their mind).
Now I look back, that's quite the long list... It's a good thing that I primarily see relationships of all kinds as built rather than found. My hope would be that I find a partner who fulfils all of these but, so long as we got along and both worked to love, support and actualise one another, I'm suspect I would be more than happy.

I mean, you might feel differently but I've always considered it a general advantage. I'm unusually different from the majority, which means I have different strengths and weaknesses and can thus be useful! Besides, I find that analytical ability and general earnestness can somewhat make up for finding interpersonal dealings unintuitive. Just got to take what you have, augment it with what you can learn and harness the result!

Indeed. Ethel, birds are reptiles in the class Aves which have unique adaptations compared to other reptiles, particularly warm-bloodedness and feathers; bees are hymenopterans (related to bees and ants) in the clade Anthophila, which are social insects that help significantly with pollination.

Transparency, honesty and open communication. Appearances and personality traits that I appreciate are also fairly important, but for a relationship to be successful, the three aforementioned things are most crucial.

Most attractive traits of my partner?

He's masculine in all the best ways. Protective yet gentle. Treats me like the woman I am, but does not denounce my power and ability to govern myself. He is also loyal and honest.

Ohh, I missed that one... but also board games, sports, hiking, lounging, comfortable with silence, loving children and animals, likes single malt whiskey, able to work with hands, in for cosplay, rpg, mathmatics, scientific knowledge, gardening and genuinely likes me. But this list is really secondary.

And yes my SO really fullfills all above mentioned traits
