your skin can adapt though to other climates. It isn't restricted to one. It has the ability to tan but isn't always tan or pale
Yes, it does. That doesn't mean it's the best. Combined shampoo and conditioner works for multiple purposes, but is still not as good for those specific purposes as using independent shampoo and conditioner.
