I am also skeptical that one is able to determine with any reliability how many sexual partners an individual has had in the past. Common misconception about bodily arousal and mental arousal. If I really like to have sex with someone, my body doesn't necessarily comply in the same pace.
If my body is aroused, I still could really don't want to have sex. The female body will get aroused (the vagina will lubricate ) when seeing animals breed. (Especially apes). If women see non consensual sex, the vagina will lubricate. It is just a defense mechanism. Lubrication means less damage by invasive objects.
