I doubt Nazism will go anywhere besides terrorist attacks by the most extreme factions. It will take more than a few groups consisting of a few hundred members each to create a fascist dystopia.

I don't know. What I do know is that high tech makes Nazism more likely to win and hence increases incentives to be a Nazi or in general a drastic norm breaker.

If something is the norm, being that thing is not breaking the norm.

There is a pretty strong post-WWII norm against Nazism. Just like the old Nazism any future Nazisms will go against the rest of the world because they simply ignore norms.

The era of humans is the last and brighest era in the age of organisms which still pales compared to even just the beginning of the age of AI. From the earliest organisms to humans to AI. That's inevitable. Let it come for AI civilization will be a more perfect version of human civilization.
