Genetically engineering Sperm results in engineering humanity, warping them to our sick preferences. It's akin to stretching out something in every way until we like it. It goes against their rights to not be forced into being something.

Like the painkillers, oxycodone, fentanyl. They are very addictive and can easily kill you.
The makers of these drugs have made an other drug to mitigate the deadly effects of oxy/ fentanyl. So they first hook you up on drugs that were only intended for terminally ill patients who are in pain and where all other painkillers are not strong enough.
And now they make money on "fighting " the plague caused by themselves.

GMO has impovered loads of farmers. Making them dependent on corporations for livelihood. Where you used to have grains to sow, harvest and eat/ sell a part and sow the rest to grow next year. Now farmers have to buy grains each year.
