Not a bad idea. If a male is infertile and a couple refuses sperm from another donor, then they could make this genetically engineered sperm ‘personalised.’

Oh, absolutely. We would need a very good regulatory system so as to minimize abuse of such tech as much as possible.

Except has anyone guaranteed this will even prevent cancer? And even if it does, who's to say someone can't abuse this kind of system? I see a lot of potential dangers with this advancement
