Maybe I'm an insane maniac who has lost touch with reality but I'm actually kind of glad the world may be ending. I look at the mockery my country has become, with its consumer culture, internet addiction, anti intellectual culture and authoritarian leanings and I think of this as a reset. Mankind will survive the cataclysm, and we can actually start over again.

Yeah a lot of people will die and while countries will be wiped out, but I like to see it as a fresh start. A new beginning for human society...and the end of the most advanced nations that will probably ever grace the world because we mined all the resources necessary for advanced tech out of existence but as I said, the glass is half full

I think the planet will always be "habitable," just not for all species. The climate is gonna warm and weather patterns will change, causing horrible disasters and despair. But I don't think the air will become unbreathable. If amything, it'll be cleaner after 100 years of human industry no longer existing
