Different offense. Different man calling plays right now. and the bama defense is not as strong this year as they have been in previous years. A lot of them went pro and they are starting multiple freshman that seem to be struggling this year.

They've asked y teams that are middle of the pack in the SEC score 20-plus points on them.

COMMENTARY:
So, this week, we had a total of nine teams, which is 36% of the ranked teams on the AP poll, who had bye weeks. This week is probably the worst for bye weeks this season. my guess is that there will be some shake UPS in the lower tiered numbers, but the upper ten, especially the upper 5, should not change too much.

Although, as of right now, the AP poll does not matter anymore.

Now, I watched a little bit of several games and many of them basically turn out how I thought they would be. Although, the Boise State versus San Jose State game could have gone either way. and it would have been very interesting if San Jose State was able to pull off the upset. I was also pleased that #8 Georgia beat #6 Florida.

As in one week previous to this one, the reason why I did not watch much games is because I attended the Tulane University game. I am happy to say that the Green Wave did win their game.

For this coming weekend, it is still unsure as if Tua from Alabama we'll play, although my gut is telling me that Coach Saban is really milking the injury and we'll make a decision at the last minute to play their star quarterback.

NOTE:
I will not be posting a rankings when the AP and USA today polls come out, as I will be waiting until the CFP poll comes out Tuesday evening. And from here until the end of the season, I will be only posting the polls on Tuesday after the playoff poll comes out each and every week.

I am still deciding where I'm going to watch it.

Georgia beats the winner of Alabama/LSU in the SEC title game

Oklahoma DOESN'T win the Big 12 title game

Subscribing to the ~~conspiracy~~ belief that ESPN "influences" the Committee's decisions, you could have a playoff with 3/4 of the spots going to SEC teams.

I honestly do not agree with the first College Football Playoff Poll. the fact that Ohio state has only played one ranked team so far this year, and that was a team that was ranked at number 23, while LSU has played THREE TOP 10 TEAMS. That is honestly bullshit.

They haven't played any more tougher of a schedule than Alabama has so that gives you some perspective into how flawed it is. The only good things I can see to come out of this is that the winner of Alabama-LSU is mostly guaranteed to jump to #1 and that Ohio State and Penn State still have to play each other.

But why would they want to avoid this? It would bring in huge TV ratings- and give them a narrative to push down our throats all week.

Plus before the rankings show ESPN did a 30 minute segment on the history of regular season #1 vs. #2 games.

They've already been through this scenario once before with Alabama and LSU and probably want to avoid the shitshow that followed it last time.
