PTSD acted up so caused me to have a fight with some friends who're gone now.

It's unfortunate, but people are always going to have persistent ups and downs, especially as it relates to friends. I just had a nasty fight with my best bud the other day, and it stings.

But the silver lining is that the situation will improve - and until it does, just focus on yourself and remind yourself that you're a talented individual who deserves a good day.
