There are poor people in normal societies such as South Korea and they generally don't die before 60. Poverty is not a legit reason to die before 30...even in America...because penniless illegal immigrants from Fujian exist and they don't die before 60..and often become richer over time..so you definitely have solutions.

I think "familism" was a little broad of a starting point. Your position is Antinatilist, but with the addition of a sort economic flavoring to couple with the moral. Personally, I think suffering is married to happiness, they are two parts that together, form a complete whole. They compliment, contrast and ultimately intensify each other. So I view reproduction as the embodiment of happiness and suffering and vice versa.
