This isn't about Antifa. It's about a White Supremacist Rally that was thwarted by Police. One many people feared would be the most dangerous of the year.

It's almost like they want to provoke the violence because it's good propaganda for them. They get to play the martyrs if they get hit, and play the badasses if they land a few of their own.

It would also be topical for me to mention two things that seem to keep going in one ear and right out the other:

1) Antifa is not an organization. Antifa has no leader, no membership roster, no headquarters. Antifa is a banner claimed by anyone who opposes fascism. Most groups are a dozen or so people who have no contact with other groups. Antifascists have never committed acts of terrorism, but even if one group did, the rest of the antifascists in the world would bear no responsibility for it.

2) The Proud Boys are nazi thugs. And even Trump is smart enough to not openly praise them, but by neglecting to even mention them, Trump is dog whistling his full approval.

It is the Mayor's fault though-He's been a huge disappointment and I'm hoping our stars, Joann Hardesty, or Chloe Eudaly, or Amanda Fritz challenges him in 2020-Amanda Fritz is retiring from City Council in the seat I'm running for.

The Police department actually is at fault for many of these things and has been called out, but has continued being ineffective.

personally if i was a cop i wouldnt be in the same postal code as a large antifa shithead gathering without copious amounts of armor and ammunition. maybe getting test kits for HIV too.
