I support Israel because simply put, it's the superior country when compared to Palestine and most of its neighbors. Religion doesn't matter to me as much as the secular reasons. Israel has a higher GDP and thus is a better trading partner, has a better military, is more impressive overall. Of course I'm not going to throw my support behind Palestine if its a far poorer version of Jordan, am no fan of Islam, and I feel that much of its people are no good. They celebrated in Gaza and the West Bank on 9/11, this is fact.

I want Israel to continue in part because I actually like the Arabs in that region being pushed off of their land, land that they took from Christians many centuries ago. If a new power makes it so Islam loses territory to some extent, that is a positive in my view. It is normal for religions to win and lose some over the long term.
